Tier One boasts a dedicated team of coaches and employees committed to fostering excellence and growth in every athlete. With a wealth of experience and expertise, our team is passionate about nurturing talent, instilling discipline, and cultivating a supportive environment where athletes can thrive. From skilled coaches to dedicated administrative staff, every member of the Tier One team plays a vital role in shaping the success and camaraderie of our gymnastics community. Together, we strive to inspire and empower athletes to reach their highest potential, both on and off the mat.

ASSISTANT CHEER COACH

  • Cheer Experience Cheered at Geneseo High School for four years

  •  Have flying and basing experience

  • Helped coach at multiple cheer clinics

  • Currently take gymnastics classes at school

  • Taken many tumbling classes

“My favorite part about cheer is the excitement I feel when I successfully accomplish a skill or learn something new! The most rewarding thing about being a cheerleader is having many people that look up to me. I look forward to being a part of this team as an assistant cheer coach and to help/witness athletes grow and learn!”

HEAD CHEER COACH

  • Cheer Experience Cheered for eight years, and competed for four years at St. Ambrose University

  • Qualified for Nationals all four years, and came in the top three for three years

  • Won the College Classics two years, and won the NAIA Nationals in 2023

  • Broke NAIA records in 2023 with the SAU cheer team by breaking the highest score with a 95.83 and being the first SAU cheer team to win Nationals

“I’m excited about many things with this position, but the thing I’m most excited about is helping these young athletes love this sport as much as I do. My favorite thing about cheer is the practices leading up to performances. They may be really hard practices, but every single one is worth it in the end. With my time cheering at SAU, we not only built a great team, but a family. I really hope that these young athletes grow not only as a team but as a family because that’s what makes an unbeatable team."

“I am looking forward to working with ambitious and determined individuals who all share the same love for dance! I want to instill confidence through individuality, and also as a team. Dancing allows me to express myself in many ways and I can’t wait to share that passion”

  • Dance Experience Competed on a competitive dance team for ten years

  • Has been to many clinics and conventions such as the Chicago Lovabulls Dance Clinic

  • Was part of the Saluki Shaker dance team at SIUC for four years

  • Has dance experience in the styles of Pom, Jazz, Contemporary and Lyrical

  • Attended the national Dance Coach Association convention in Arizona where I learned skills to develop a well rounded dance team

HEAD GYMNASTICS COACH & PROGRAM DIRECTOR

“I love seeing kids achieve new skills and work hard to reach their goals! I am so excited to be welcomed into the Tier One Family and start this new journey! My favorite events are beam and bars! I love the challenge that they both bring. I live in Morrison with my husband and our two dogs, Rev & Roo!”

  • This is my 5th year of coaching both recreational and competitive gymnastics.

  • I have been doing gymnastics since I was two years old and competed for nine years!

  • I have competed as a level 8 and Xcel Diamond as well as trained up to a level 9.

  • I have also coached at Flip Fest Gymnastics Camp in Tennessee.
